Eastry WI

...is a flourishing WI, with a membership of  over 50, meeting regularly on the first Wednesday of each month at 7.30 p.m. (not January)  in the Village Hall and has a reputation for warmth and friendliness. We host speakers on all sorts of subjects, some serious and thought-provoking and many which are more light-hearted, reflecting the interests of our members. Members have the opportunity to take part in many outings and events arranged both locally and wider afield.

We have a thriving CRAFT GROUP which meets weekly in the Church Hall 9.30 – 12,   open to all Eastry WI members, of all abilities, who bring along any crafts they are working on. We learn from each other by drawing on the talents within the group.

Our LUNCH CLUB meets monthly at local eateries and this again offers a chance to meet up, apart from the monthly meetings, and is proving a very popular new venture.
